Soul Valley is dedicated to providing opportunities for emerging talent, particularly those from non-traditional educational backgrounds. We foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, with two groups of 12 core members: experienced professionals leading main projects and freshers gaining hands-on experience.

Our mission is to empower individuals to contribute meaningfully to society by creating products that enhance the lives of everyday people, particularly those at the grassroots level. We aim to build solutions that address real-world challenges and create positive change.

We provide a unique one-year program designed to equip freshers with essential IT skills and experience, setting them up for success in the tech industry or any field they choose to pursue. After a year, freshers will be relieved to explore their own paths, making way for new batches, ensuring a continuous cycle of learning and growth.

Work Policy

  • Balanced Life: Championing the 3x8 principle (8 hours work, 8 hours family, 8 hours rest) for a sustainable work-life balance.
  • Four-and-a-Half-Day Workweek: Operating on a four-and-a-half-day workweek (10 AM to 6 PM), with Friday mornings for reviews and brainstorming.
  • "Your Voice Matters" Platform: We provide a dedicated platform for your suggestions and feedback to be heard and acknowledged.

Leave Policy

  • 12 Days Annually: Employees earn up to 12 leave days per year, with government holidays being exceptional.
  • 3 Days Monthly: Maximum of 3 leave days allowed per month.
  • Work-Offs: For planned leaves, notify 3 days prior; for unplanned leaves, notify in the morning when the leave starts, for up to 2 days.

Salary Structure

  • Freshers: Starting stipend of Rs. 5,000, potential to earn up to Rs. 30,000 based on project contributions, one-year program with 12% company-paid PF contribution. 20% of project profits are allocated to cover fresher salaries and related expenses.
  • Core Employees: Base income of Rs. 30,000 per month with 12% company-paid PF contribution, plus 50% of project profits shared among core team members after reinvestment and project costs, with 30% allocated for company reinvestment and growth initiatives.

  • Growth Team (3): Responsible for driving product growth and market expansion.
  • Technology Team (6): Develops and maintains the technical infrastructure and product features.
  • Research & Development (2): Conducts research and develops innovative solutions for product advancement.
  • People Partner (1): Supports employee well-being and fosters a positive work environment.
  • Fresher Team (Mirrored Structure): Freshers are assigned to each department, mirroring the core team structure to gain comprehensive experience.
